Francesco is associate member of the Italian FIAIP (Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents) for over 20 years. He manages the office and his agents’ demands with professional aplomb.

He has gained extensive experience in the real estate sector by operating throughout Italy from the Alps to Sicily.

He has a great understanding of the needs of foreign investors in Italy having helped many foreign clients (both individuals and companies) over the years. He has developed an own method to make the buying process as safe and smooth as possible.

He understands all aspects of investments, especially oriented ones towards the start of tourist activities as he is also the owner of a historic hotel in a well-known seaside resort.

Karin began her career in journalism almost twenty years ago, reporting in Swedish media from Italy on topics such as culture, food and travel. After that followed many years of travel journalism from Italy for newspapers such as Aftonbladet and Svenska Dagbladet. She is educated in Italian at the Università per Stranieri in Perugia.

Karin has lived in Rome, and has traveled throughout Italy.
In recent years, she has worked as a communicator.

Karin’s role is to be helpful in communication. She is fluent in Swedish, English and Italian, and will be there to answer questions, translate and coordinate the process.

The checks will concern the building permit, the permits connected to previous renovations or modifications to the building, checking for the presence of any building violations and that the documents in the municipal archive actually correspond to the current situation of the building, etc.
