Karin began her career in journalism almost twenty years ago, reporting in Swedish media from Italy on topics such as culture, food and travel. After that followed many years of travel journalism from Italy for newspapers such as Aftonbladet and Svenska Dagbladet. She is educated in Italian at the Università per Stranieri in Perugia.
Karin has lived in Rome, and has traveled throughout Italy.
In recent years, she has worked as a communicator.
Karin’s role is to be helpful in communication. She is fluent in Swedish, English and Italian, and will be there to answer questions, translate and coordinate the process.

In coordination with our team members, Gianluca conducts all technical checks on property documents before purchase, verifying compliance with all building regulations. He checks for any building violations and verifies that the documents in the municipal archive correspond to the current situation of the building. He also takes care of building renovation works or adapting the property to the client’s needs (for example, purchase for own use or future renting, etc.). Additionally, he manages relationships and supervises the work of other local technicians we collaborate with when circumstances require a local technician, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
