The historical residence was once a small hamlet and dates back to the mid 17th century. In 1933 the complex was listed as an historical building by the Italian Culture Ministry.

The apartments

The complex is composed of 2 ancient farm buildings, transformed into 16 apartments and 2 independent houses. All the apartments in the main farm buildings have independent entrances.
The apartments range in size from 28 to 113 square meters. All apartments have wooden beams, floors with terracotta tiles made by hand and details in stone and chestnut wood. All apartments have a kitchenette, that in certain apartments is large enough to function as a dining room. 17 apartments and the hall for meetings have air conditioning, and there is a modern wifi-system.

All apartments have washing machine, gas hob with 4 burners, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer and safe. 16 of the apartments have dishwasher and 14 apartments have fireplace.

Hall for meetings/parties/weddings with an attached kitchen and bathroom for a total of 125 sq m (3 rooms).

Wooden hut used as a tool shed for a total of 28 sq m.
